Uniform Commercial Code Compilation

Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) & Uniform Laws Annotated (ULA)

See the Laws & Regs tab for more information about the UCC and the ULA, but be aware that Uniform Laws Annotated also contains a list of cases that have cited to specific UCC provisions as well as citations to relevant law review articles.

To research the UCC in a specific jurisdiction, you would want to consult that State's statutory law. If you need help locating a specific state's laws, please consult a reference librarian.

There are many types of contracts and the library has a variety of resources for researching contracts related to specific topics.
