This page suggests places to access current information relating to international law.

While I would not advise citing to a blog in your research papers, they can often be good places to look for what's currently happening in a given field, and may give you ideas for topics for your papers. Most (but not all) of the blogs listed here are written by professors, so they also give you an idea of the people involved in the field.

I have also listed a few places to go for news on international issues, hopefully taking you a bit beyond the news sites you might already visit on a regular basis.

Blogs

Anthony Clark Arend
Professor of Government and Foreign Service at Georgetown University and the Director of the Master of Science in Foreign Service in the Walsh School of Foreign Service. "Commentary and analysis at the intersection of international law and politics."
Global Voices
A non-profit project founded at Harvard Law School’s Berkman Center for Internet and Society which "seeks to aggregate, curate, and amplify the global conversation online - shining light on places and people other media often ignore." Entries are signed; most authors are journalists.
International Law Observer
A blog "created and maintained by a group of researchers active in the field of public international law and/or EC/EU-law" and "dedicated to reports, commentary and the discussion of topical issues of public international law as well as EC/EU-law."
International Law Prof Blog
A part of the Law Professors’ Blogs Network (a network of blogs designed “to assist law professors in their scholarship and teaching”) devoted to international law. Edited by Mark E. Wojcik, Professor of Law, John Marshall Law School, and Cindy Galway Buys, Associate Professor of Law, Southern Illinois Univ. School of Law.
IntLawGrrls
I think it stands for International Law Grrls, but it's not entirely clear. The contributors are a number of female (mostly law school) professors around the world. Their mission is to add new "voices on international law, policy, [and] practice."
Law Librarian Blog
"International" topic tag on the Law Librarian Blog (a member of the Law Professors’ Blogs Network, and edited by several law professors and reference librarians).
The Law Library of Congress Legal Blawg Archive
See the Foreign, International, and Comparative Blawg listing. You can also browse by subject, name, or title.
OpinioJuris
"A weblog dedicated to reports, commentary, and debate on current developments and scholarship in the fields of international law and politics." This blog lists several international law professors (from several different law schools across the U.S., and one from New Zealand) as contributors. Each entry is signed, so you know who is writing what. Does not appear to use tags, so you can’t easily read all posts on a particular topic.
Transnational Law Blog
Not authored by professors (contributors are law students and lawyers). "TLB is only constrained by its pursuit to address all law transcending national frontiers."
