Below is a brief explanation of the type of material you will find under each tab of this research guide.

Legislative – contains links to resources for the U.S. Code, current and historical legislation and guides on how to compile a legislative history.

Judicial – contains links to resources for case opinions, briefs, court rules, PACER, and attorney general opinions.

Executive/Administrative – contains links to administrative resources such as the Code of Federal Regulations and Federal Register and listings of agency websites.
